HAARP

HAARP, standing for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, is a program jointly conducted by the U.S. Armed Forces, the Navy, and the University of Alaska. On the other hand, it is said that the HAARP facilities were first intended to be built by what is now known as Russia, in Ukraine, at that time the USSR. It is claimed that the entire facility was designed by Nikola Tesla, that a prototype was made, and the original Tesla design was operational in this facility.

There are allegations that Tesla invented HAARP for good purposes, but later, malicious people developed this technology for evil use.

According to Tesla’s claim, a machine “he could produce but never worked on, had the power to split the Earth in two like an apple.”

HAARP, accused of being a climate control weapon capable of creating artificial earthquakes and mind control, consists of a system of 180 giant radio signal towers, which can block all military and civilian flights in its area. 50 km away from this facility, the Chernobyl nuclear disaster occurred in 1986, and this facility was closed forever. When Prof. Dr. Xavier Le Pichon was asked about artificial earthquakes, “Is it possible to trigger an earthquake with external intervention? It is said that America could do this with some experiments. Is this possible?”

He replied, “We can do this, and we are doing it. We can change the resistance of the fault. When the friction is blocked, the earthquake can be prevented. So when you inject liquid into the fault, this resistance drops, and an earthquake can occur, and we are doing this. In many places, for example in America or elsewhere, when we do shale gas research, the liquid we inject causes an earthquake and breaks the rock. So here, we are not creating the earthquake. We are breaking the resistance of the existing fault. Suddenly an earthquake occurs. So yes, we can trigger earthquakes. For example, oil companies often do small earthquakes.”

In short, Pichon says that they can artificially trigger earthquakes and that this is already being done.
