Firstly, it’s an honor to meet you, Ron. Thank you for joining us. Before we start our conversation, could you please introduce yourself to our followers who might not know you yet?
Ron Morehead
I reside in California. Between 1970 and 1979, I participated in numerous Bigfoot hunting groups. I’ve had experiences with groups that ventured deep into the forest, covering 8 miles into the high mountains.

So, where did this interest in Bigfoot come from? How did it start? Let’s delve a bit into the origins of this curiosity.
Ron Morehead
It all began in 1972 with a tip we received. Initially, we were skeptical, wondering if it was some sort of hoax. We didn’t believe it was real at first. But as similar reports kept coming in, we realized there was something serious going on. We placed sound recording devices in these locations. The recordings we captured matched the studies of Violent University, and when a cryptographer from the Navy examined our recordings, he confirmed that these sounds were indeed a form of communication, suggesting that we were hearing creatures conversing. This confirmation was how I found myself involved in this matter.

I assume you’re referring to recording the sounds of Bigfoot in the Sierra Nevada mountains in the 1970s. Could you tell us more about this process in detail?
Ron Morehead
Actually, the camp we were at was a hunting camp. There were five of us there, and we all heard these sounds. All five of us recorded them. At that time, we only had cassette recorders. We were able to record with those. After recording, as I mentioned, the sounds were analyzed by scientists, and they said that for these sounds to be made by a human, based on the size of the vocal cords, the person would have to be 3 meters tall. In other words, they said the thickness and depth of the sounds could only come from the vocal cords of a 3-meter-tall human. Later, as I mentioned, when a cryptographer from the U.S. Navy confirmed what we were saying, it was essentially confirmed that this was a recording of a conversation. This confirmation made me delve deeper into the mystery of Bigfoot.

You have written a book about this incident. What can we expect from this book? I’m asking for my followers who want to buy it.
Ron Morehead
I currently have three books. My first book is about my time period. There’s also a book called “Voices in the Wilderness” that you can check out. Besides, the book you see behind me, “The Quantum Bigfoot,” shows how Bigfoots could scientifically exist, whether they are real or not.

Super. I want to ask one of the most curious questions. Have you ever encountered a Bigfoot, either from a distance or up close? I mean, have you seen a Bigfoot with your own eyes? I’m not talking about sounds.
Ron Morehead
Yes, I have seen one. In 1974, during one of the recording camps, I saw one from about 50-60 meters away. We first saw one descending towards the river through the trees. And at the riverbed, which we didn’t notice at first but saw later, there were two more. We believe one of them was a juvenile and the other was its mother.

Didn’t you have the chance to record it?
Ron Morehead:
We’re talking about 1974. As I said, our technology was not suitable at the time, and I didn’t have a video recording device with me. When I was out there with my horse, I only had my sound recording device in my bag. Whenever they showed any interaction, I would turn on my sound recorder and record. I recorded these sounds in the same way, when I heard their sounds while I was out with my horse. Even if I had a video recording device, it would have been difficult to record because it was night time.
Batuhan Gündüz:
Can you describe the Bigfoots you saw? We are curious about their physical characteristics.
Ron Morehead:
It was a night when we could only see with the moonlight, so I couldn’t capture all the details. But I can tell you this much: when it was descending towards the river through the trees, it was moving so fast, almost like it was flying.
What I could clearly see was that it was moving on two legs, and suddenly, a smaller one went to the side of what appeared to be its mother by the river. I couldn’t see the details of its face at that moment. I only saw that it was standing on two legs. My daughter saw it a total of 3 times in the same places. As for the height, I can say they were about 3-3.5 meters, maybe up to 4 meters tall, based on what I saw.
Batuhan Gündüz:
When you mentioned horses, it reminded me of the famous Patterson-Gimlin film from 1967. What does this video represent for the Bigfoot community, and do you believe in this footage? As far as we know, this is considered the clearest image of Bigfoot ever captured.
Ron Morehead:
To be honest, I believe it is real. Also, it’s important to remember that these creatures come in different types. I have traveled the world and have been studying this topic for 50 years. We encounter different forms of this creature everywhere. There can be variations in their appearances. I believe the footage is real. It might have become ordinary in people’s eyes because it became very popular, which might have diminished its value, but I say it’s real.
Batuhan Gündüz:
So, why can’t we capture Bigfoots? Looking at the technology we have now, with trail cameras, HD cameras, etc., we have very good means. Then why can’t we still catch them? Considering this, could Bigfoots have mystical properties? Do you believe these creatures have paranormal abilities? I mean, more than paranormal, would it be more accurate to say telepathic or hypnotic properties?
Ron Morehead:
I do think they have such powers. They can read your energy. As humans, we all emit a certain energy. We are all energy, and through their energy control, they can mentally connect with you. In 2012, there was an experiment with the hadron collider where they converted matter into energy. If Bigfoots can transform themselves from matter to light energy, of course, it would be impossible for us to see them.
Batuhan Gündüz:
Do they talk to each other? I’m not talking about telepathy with humans. After all, they have families, and there must be some communication between them. Is this communication verbal or telepathic? Do you have any information on this? And another question, when we listen to eyewitnesses, most say that Bigfoots look at them and then turn around and leave. Considering this, Bigfoots seem harmless, but thousands of people disappear in the forests every year. Taking these into account, do you think Bigfoots are harmful creatures? Have you ever heard of a Bigfoot attacking a person?
Ron Morehead:
To answer your first question, we can definitely say they have their own language. As I mentioned, when we recorded their sounds and later a specialist from the American navy translated them into words, we scientifically understood they were engaged in a conversation.
I can’t say this is the same for every type. The same applies to aggression. I’ve heard some can be aggressive, but those we encountered wanted to communicate more. Also, when we saw elements of mutual conversation in their language, we realized they have human-like qualities because not every creature has such mutual conversation. In the sounds we recorded, we saw that they were conversing very quickly among themselves.
Regarding aggression, it’s been observed that some can connect to your frequency and even help you.
Batuhan Gündüz:
What do you mean by help? Has there been such a case?
Ron Morehead:
Yes. This communication issue, as I mentioned, is somewhat related to frequency, or energy. Of course, there’s a thing: they can’t communicate with every human because it requires your frequencies to match and you to be somewhat open-minded. So, we can’t say they communicate with everyone.
Regarding help, there was a case of a little child who had gotten lost in the forest and managed to find his way back home on his own. He claimed that a bear communicated with him (spoke to him) and showed him the way. He had no prior knowledge or idea about Bigfoot. Had never heard of the Bigfoot legend before. So, when we hear and think about this story, knowing that bears can’t speak, and considering that all beings in this world have choices, especially Bigfoots. If they really want to connect with your energy, they can.
Batuhan Gündüz:
That’s an incredible story. Thank you for sharing it with us. I’ve never heard it before. So, what exactly is Bigfoot, in your opinion? What are your beliefs regarding this subject? Where does its history originate?
Ron Morehead:
I can say it’s a human-like creature at first. Because they have human-like relationships among themselves. But I want to reiterate that not all are the same. There are different types. I believe they have been on Earth either alongside humans or even before humans. Their arrival on Earth could have been facilitated by aliens, as we can find alien-related relics in this world. Especially when we consider Göbeklitepe in your country, it somewhat proves my thoughts. Your country is truly an interesting place, and I definitely want to visit one day. Speaking of their species, I can say they are of a hybrid nature. Mixed, so to speak, human-like but also a different species. Not all have the same characteristics. Some characteristics might have become dormant over time. For example, Bigfoots that don’t need to speak might have lost their ability to speak.
Batuhan Gündüz:
Yes, Göbeklitepe is an intriguing place. But rather than aliens, it shows that humans’ religious beliefs or beliefs in God date back much further. This species is also encountered in our country, though not as frequently as in America, especially in the Black Sea region, where we call it “Karakoncolos.” In some villages, many people genuinely believe in the existence of the Bigfoot creature. What is Bigfoot’s source of food? Do they eat plants and insects, or do they consume animal or human flesh? According to your research, what do you know about this? If we consider the religious aspect, our religion also believes in the existence of certain beings, creatures. The Qur’an mentions Gog and Magog as beings from beneath the earth. It’s said that the Bible also mentions Bigfoot. Are you aware of this? What are your thoughts on this?
Ron Morehead:
I can say they feed like humans. They consume both meat and plants. There have been historical accounts and sightings of them eating human flesh. When we think about it, we’ve seen humans eating other humans throughout history (cannibalism). They probably also feed on plants, deer, maybe even bears. We had a funny incident during one of our camps. After we finished our dinner, we left a big pot of stew for them. The pot had a huge spoon in it. We also had a gelatin-like dish next to it. Americans do this thing where they add gelatin to broth.
It gives the dish a bit of a gelatinous taste. One night, we left it out, and after hearing some noises and when everything quieted down and we went outside, they had almost completely finished the stew. They left the spoon in the gelatin dish and went away. We used to think their diet was like that of bears, eating whatever they can find, and we had brought some meat with us to the camp that had started to spoil. We thought to leave it outside for them to eat. They took the slightly rotten meat and buried it under the ground. When we woke up in the morning, we saw it like that. So, from the species we’ve studied, they actually don’t like bad food. But other types might even eat rotten meat.
Regarding the religious aspect, when I first started getting interested in the Bigfoot subject, I wondered what my religious book said, so I went and researched the Bible. The places you mentioned are probably the same, and yes, I’ve seen and read about them. They talk about the arrival of giants, how they’ve been here for a long time. So, we can say that almost every historical scripture deals with the topic of giants. Your religion, I believe, also has the concept of becoming one with the creator after death. For example, when your physical body dies in the physical world, you still have a soul that continues to live. That’s why I see the concept of God as a substance encompassing the entire universe. We could all be intertwined with God if we wanted to. I believe in that.
Batuhan Gündüz:
Yes. In this context, our communication with the creator was stronger in ancient times. You might not know, but our pineal glands in the brain were not closed back then. Since it wasn’t closed, this gland allowed us to have a strong communication with the creator, the spiritual realm. In my belief, because Bigfoots grow up and live in the forest, they are away from unnatural foods we consume, they eat naturally, they are not exposed to televisions, Wi-Fi, fluoridated toothpaste, so perhaps their telepathic powers are highly developed. This way, they can sense who has good intentions and who doesn’t. What do you think about this?
Ron Morehead:
Absolutely correct! As you said, it should be normal for all of us to have our pineal glands open and to be in communication with the universe. The mind and heart should be in harmony. We know there’s a connection between the pineal gland and the heart. We need to cleanse ourselves completely and become aware of this harmony. I think, as you mentioned, it’s likely that Bigfoots have their pineal glands open because they live a natural life. They are not exposed to what we are exposed to. Especially when it comes to diet, I think human nutrition is the biggest factor affecting these things.
Batuhan Gündüz:
Thank you for your valuable information. I apologize for keeping you so long. I’m coming to my last questions. My question is; do we currently have any clear video recordings? What is the video evidence you believe in the most?
Ron Morehead:
I want to thank you, actually. You’re doing a great job. I’ve never done this kind of program before. I’m very grateful for hosting me all the way from Turkey. To answer your question, right now, I can’t say there’s a recording that significantly differs from the Patterson Gimlin film. There are many recordings out there, but the biggest problem brought by recent technology is the issue of editing, meaning credibility. What’s challenging us is determining what’s real and what’s not. So, no, there isn’t a definite recording that I could say is very good.
Batuhan Gündüz:
Thank you again. It was a pleasure to talk to one of the most important experts on this subject. Lastly, if I told you I wanted to go on a Bigfoot hunt, what advice would you have for me? What should I pay attention to? should I do? What shouldn’t I do? What would be your advice?
Ron Morehead:
If you really want to do this, if you want to see them, you should first undergo the 40-day retreat you mentioned. You should open your pineal gland and gather your energy before embarking on this journey. But remember, if they want you to see them, you will. If they don’t, you won’t. Because, as I said, they can read your energy. If you spend 40 days sitting on a rock in the forest, you might manage to capture their interest. So, my advice is, first, we need to correct our energy so they may want to communicate with us. What I can tell your followers is this; we are in very strange times for the world right now.
It’s a critical time for this planet. Because we will either make this world better or worse. We’re at a turning point. As humans, we tend to kill what we don’t understand, dislike, or displeases us. I’m totally against this. I don’t support it at all. We all need to support love and peace so that this planet doesn’t slip through our fingers. So, as humans, continue to be good, love, and remain peaceful. But if we can’t achieve or learn enough of this in the world, we will continue to learn in the next world after we die.
Batuhan Gündüz:
